How Do You Go About Home Staging?
The best time to contact a home stager is around one to two months before you intend to list your home. They can work on tighter timelines if needed because everyone understands life happens! Typically they come into your home and create a list of things you should do to get the best ROI. The list is done in order of importance. The stagers can come back and do the work for you or you can do it on your own.
